Protein Pancakes


Our grain-free protein packed pancakes area tasty, easy and healthy breakfast treat. Either cook a stack, or two giant plate-size pancakes. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!

Just add 2 eggs, 200ml – 250ml of your chosen milk, nut or conventional


Cricket products may not be suitable for people with shellfish allergies


Buckwheat Flour, Coconut Sugar, Banana Flour, 100% Australian Cricket Flour, Ground Cinnamon, Baking Soda

Heat a generous dollop of coconut oil in a frying pan. Empty packet blend into a large mixing bowl. Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl and add 200ml of your chosen milk.(If you like a slightly wetter mix add 250ml).
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.Use a ladle to pour your perfect pancake-sized portions into the hot pan. Cook till golden, then flip. Remove when golden on both sides.
