Seedy Paleo Loaf
Our grain-free Seedy Paleo Bread is packed full of good omega 3. Great toasted as a snack, or add yourfavourite toppings for a healthy sustainable lunch.Try avocado, a drizzle of olive oil and a crumble of goats cheese.Delicious!
Just add 4 eggs, 1/3 of a cup coconut oil and a splash of apple cider vinegar.

Preheat oven to 175°C. Empty packet blend into a large mixing bowl. Whisk the 4 eggs, add a third of a cup of melted coconut oil and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well. Pour evenly into a lined loaf tin. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for a further 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool before slicing.
