Our grain-free banana bread is your favourite banana bread with super powers. Great as a snack, a lunch box treat or serve it toasted and topped with a good quality butter.
Just add 4 ripe bananas, 2 eggs and75ml of coconut oil.

Preheat oven to 160°C. Empty packet blend into a large mixing bowl. Peel and mash 4 ripe bananas, add 2 whisked eggs and a third of a cup of coconut oil. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well. Pour evenly into a lined loaf tin. Bake for 55 minutes or until golden brown.
Leave to cool well before slicing.
