Wattle Seed Cricket Cracker
Our native Wattle Seed Cricket Cracker is the perfect gluten free accompaniment to a dip, a bit of cheese or a light lunch. Made with 100% Australian crickets, our cracker mix is easy to make and tasty to share. Packed with omega 3’s it will keep fresh and snappy for several weeks.
Just add 490ml of warm water and mix well. Leave to stand for 10mins. Using a spatula spread the mix evenly across a lined baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour to an hour and 10 or until hard to the touch in the middle.
